Booking Guarantees for Your Stay
> A secure payment link (from Sogecommerce.sociétégénérale.eu) will be sent to you on the day of your reservation, and 30% of the total cost of the nights will be requested.
> A second secure payment link will also be sent to you by email 1 month before your arrival date to settle the remaining balance of your stay.
> For reservations made within 30 days before your arrival date, the total amount of your stay will be requested via a secure payment link or by direct debit from your credit card.
> For reservations made within 7 days before your arrival date, the total cost of the nights will be charged to your credit card.

In the final confirmation of your reservation, you can insure your stay through our partner Gritchen Affinity Portal.
Cancellation Policy
Below, you will find the amount of fees charged in case of cancellation.
If your reservation includes booking fees, please note that these are refundable under certain conditions. It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation Fees
If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show at the hotel, 100% of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of cancellation fees according to the following conditions (excluding non-cancellable, non-refundable offers):
> Cancellation 1 month before the arrival date: the 30% deposit paid will be forfeited.
> Cancellation of all or part of the stay between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date: 50% of the cancelled stay is due. No request for postponement or refund will be considered.
> Cancellation of all or part of the stay between 20 days and the arrival date: 100% of the stay is due. No request for postponement or refund will be considered.
> In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay is due.
> Any commenced stay is due in its entirety.
> For the comfort of our guests and the respect of our facilities, pets are not allowed. If you arrive with a pet, we will proceed with the cancellation of your stay without any possibility of refund. Thank you for your understanding.
> As our facilities are not suitable for young children and our rooms can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people, we will not be able to welcome you with your baby and/or child. If you arrive with a child or baby, or an additional person, we will proceed with the cancellation of your stay without any possibility of refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Hotel Liability
> In case of lockdown or city evacuation imposed by the State, the stay can be postponed free of charge.
> In case of force majeure (technical, meteorological issues, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify your reservation.
> The hotel disclaims all responsibility in case of personal issues on your part (health, family, etc.), unforeseen circumstances, or adverse weather conditions announced during your stay, which may lead to a cancellation.
Taxes
Prices include VAT. Tourist taxes will be payable on site (€1.65 per adult per night).
Miscellaneous
Breakfasts, various consumptions, and bicycle rentals will be payable on site.
Gift Vouchers and Certificates
To proceed with the payment for the Gift Card or Gift Voucher, a secure link will be sent to you.
To be validated, the amount of the Gift Card will be debited (via a secure link from Sogecommerce.sociétégénérale.eu).
The issued Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After confirmation, no cancellation or refund will be allowed. Any expense exceeding the Gift Card amount is extra.
The entire amount of the Gift Card must be used in one go; no refund or credit will be issued. To book, the Gift Voucher holder must contact the hotel directly by phone (05 46 09 60 53) or by email (contact@ilesouslevent.com), subject to availability.
Check-in Time – Check-out Time
Your room will be available from the time indicated below.
Check-in Time: between 3 PM and 7:30 PM
For any late arrival, please inform us.
On your departure day, you must vacate your room by the time indicated below.
Check-out Time: 11 AM
Failure to respect this check-out time may result in an additional charge of €50.
Reception Opening Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 3 PM – 7:30 PM
