Booking Guarantees for Your Stay
> A secure payment link (from Sogecommerce.sociétégénérale.eu) will be sent to you on the day you book; you will be asked to pay 30% of the accommodation amount.
> A second secure payment link will also be emailed to you 1 month before your arrival date to pay the remaining balance of your stay.
> For reservations made within 30 days before your arrival date, the total amount of your stay will be requested via a secure payment link or by direct debit from your credit card.
> For reservations made within 7 days before your arrival date, the total cost of the nights will be charged to your credit card.
If you would like to pay all or part of your stay with ANCV holiday vouchers or Chèques Vacances Connect, please contact reception on 05 46 09 60 53 for details.
In the final confirmation of your booking, you can insure your stay through our partner Gritchen Affinity Portal.
Stays with “Promotional Offers” or “Discount Offers” must be paid in full at the time of booking via a secure payment link that will be sent to you, or by charging your bank card if arrival is scheduled within 7 days of the booking date.
Cancellation Policy
Below you will find the fees charged in the event of cancellation.
If your booking includes booking fees, please note that these are refundable under certain conditions.
It is recommended to cancel as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation arises.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking will be charged and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid online for all or part of the booking, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of cancellation fees according to the following conditions (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers):
Cancellation and changes (any cancellation or change to your stay must be made by phone and email):
> Cancellation 1 month before the arrival date: the 30% deposit paid is forfeited.
> Cancellation of all or part of the stay between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date: 50% of the cancelled stay is due. No request to postpone or refund will be considered.
> Cancellation of all or part of the stay between 20 days and the arrival date: 100% of the stay is due. No request to postpone or refund will be considered.
> In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay is due.
> Any commenced stay is due in its entirety.
These cancellation conditions do not apply to “Promotional Offers” or “Discount Offers”; please refer to the Specific Terms of Sale relating to these Offers. Stays benefiting from a Special Offer and/or PROMO Offer are not cancellable, not changeable, and not refundable.
> For the comfort of our guests and the respect of our facilities, pets are not allowed. If you arrive with a pet, we will proceed with the cancellation of your stay without any possibility of refund. Thank you for your understanding.
> As our facilities are not suitable for young children and our rooms can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people, we will not be able to welcome you with your baby and/or child. If you arrive with a child or baby, or an additional person, we will proceed with the cancellation of your stay without any possibility of refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Hotel Liability
> In the event of lockdown or evacuation of the town imposed by the State, the stay may be postponed free of charge.
> In case of force majeure (technical, meteorological issues, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify your reservation.
> The hotel accepts no liability in the event of a personal issue on your part (health, family, etc.), unforeseen circumstances, or poor weather conditions announced during your stay that may lead to a cancellation.
Taxes
Prices include VAT. Tourist taxes will be payable on site (€1.65 per adult per night).
Miscellaneous
Breakfasts, various consumptions, and bicycle rentals will be payable on site.
Gift Vouchers and Certificates
To pay for the gift card or gift voucher, a secure link will be sent to you.
To be validated, the amount of the gift card will be debited (via a secure link from Sogecommerce.sociétégénérale.eu).
The issued Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After confirmation, no cancellation or refund will be allowed. Any expense above the amount of the gift card is extra.
The full amount of the gift card must be used in a single transaction; no refund or credit note will be issued. To book, the recipient of the gift voucher must contact the hotel directly by phone on 05 46 09 60 53 or by email: contact@ilesouslevent.com (subject to availability).
Check-in Time – Check-out Time
Your room will be available from the time indicated below.
On the day of departure, you must vacate your room no later than the time indicated below.
A €50 surcharge may be charged if this latest check-out time is not respected.
Check-in time : between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM
For any late arrival, please let us know.

Reception opening hours: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
